RAHS Committees

Our committees play an important role in supporting the work of the Royal Australian Historical Society.

They provide a space to share expertise, develop ideas and contribute to decision-making. Committees help shape policies and programs, offer practical advice, and support the delivery of key projects. This work sits alongside the oversight of Council and helps ensure that the Society remains active, responsive and connected to the needs of members and the wider history community.

Many of our committees include people who are directly involved in local and community history work. Their experience helps ensure that the Society’s services and programs reflect the realities of volunteer-run organisations across New South Wales.
