Membership Benefits

Joining the Royal Australian Historical Society means becoming part of a community that has been interested in learning, researching and sharing information on Australian history (in particular New South Wales local and community history) since 1901. As a member you support the educational, research and advocacy work of the Society that helps strengthen the profile of history in New South Wales. Becoming a Member

By becoming a member you have access to a wide range of benefits as well as supporting the work of Australia’s oldest historical society in strengthening the profile of history in New South Wales.

Download a membership form to apply for membership and submit via one of the following methods:

Alternatively you can call into History House during opening hours. If you don’t hear from us within two business days please call (02) 9247 8001.

Historical societies and groups must also submit their constitution or, if they don’t have one, the objectives and goals of their organisation.
