HISTORY HOUSE VISIT BY THE ‘LOST LADIES’

Earlier this month, the lovely group ‘Lost Ladies’ visited History House. After morning tea in our reception rooms, RAHS Librarian Donna Newton gave the ladies a tour of the library, highlighting its history and collections. Many of the group stayed to attend our monthly Day Lecture. The group meets every Wednesday (during school terms) to traverse Sydney and beyond seeking out exhibitions and events, and striking deals with museums and galleries to find hidden treasures. Champagne Supper – History House Fundraiser, 10th July

The RAHS is hosting a Champagne Supper from 4.30pm to 7.00pm at History House on Friday 10th of July. The event will   raise funds for the refurbishment of History House. Tickets are $50.00, which includes a $35.00 tax deductible building fund donation.
