Two new ‘Pictorial History’ editions from Kingsclear Books are now part of the RAHS Library Collection.

‘Camden & District’ by Ian Willis and ‘Willoughby: Artarmon – Castle Cove – Castlecrag – Chatswood – Middle Cove – Naremburn – Northbridge – St Leonards – Willoughby’ by Bob McKillop; both publications incorporate the history and development of each area and surrounding suburbs. The Willoughby edition was published in the area’s 150th year.

Coming soon – ‘Pictorial History of Campbelltown’

These books are presented with wonderful images and text describing the Aboriginal history, white settlement, development and growth of each city, shire or suburb. They bring back many memories of places changed…or gone altogether.

Kingsclear Books is a small but diverse Sydney based publisher. Their catalogue covers a wide spectrum from photographic histories of Sydney suburbs to health, crime and tourist books.
