Begin the New Year with a visit to Tarella, the Blue Mountains Historical Society’s 19th century cottage museum at 99 Blaxland Road, Wentworth Falls.

Tarella will be open from 10.00 am until 3.00 pm on Sunday 28 January 2018.

Come along and explore Tarella’s story. Wander through the cottage and see how our forbearers lived a hundred years ago. Learn about the evolution of a Blue Mountains holiday home from 1900 to 2015.

Discover our new exhibition, “High Life in the Mountains”, in the ‘Sun Room Gallery’ at Tarella. Through early photographs and souvenirs from their collection, learn more about the way our ancestors in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries spent their leisure time.

Our very popular garden stall will also be held during the Open Day.

Entry charges are $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for children. Entry to the exhibition is included in the overall entry fee. Refreshments are also available for a small donation.

Date and time: Sunday 28 Sunday, 10am – 3pm
Where: Tarella, 99 Blaxland Road, Wentworth Falls
Cost: $5 for adults and $2 for children
